We have built multiple levels of redundancy into our server hardware and software, including UPS and diesel backup power as well as a journaling file system, to ensure that your site is consistently available and suffers from minimal downtime.
Hosting Services
We have several web hosting packages available to meet your needs. The following table summarizes the differences between our various hosting plans. Note that the setup fee will be waived if you sign up for a yearly contract. All prices quoted are in Canadian funds.

- Your own domain (www.yourcompany.com). A separate registration fee payable to your country's top level domain registrar (Internic/CIRA, etc.) may apply. Contact us for details if you are unsure about this.
- Assistance in registering your domain with the appropriate registrar.
- Reliability with system and building-wide UPS power, as well as diesel generator backup.
- The ability to update your own web pages as often as you'd like via secure FTP (sftp). Please note that due to the inherent insecurity in FTP, we do not provide traditional FTP access. If you want us to create or develop your web pages for you, see Extras below.
- A password protected web page at which you can view your site's activity (where visitors are coming from, what pages they are accessing, etc.)
Billing details:
- GST will be added to the prices for Canadian residents
- The $50 setup fee will be waived if you sign up for a year or longer.
- If you wish to pay on a monthly basis, we require a credit card number that we can automatically bill at the first of every month. Your account can then be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current month.
